We are proud to share that Verisure has reached a definitive agreement to acquire ADT Mexico from Johnson Controls. This strategic move means Mexico will become our 18th country, reinforcing our position as the leader in professionally monitored security services for families and small businesses in both Europe and Latin America.   Austin Lally, Verisure CEO, says he is delighted to soon welcome ADT Mexico to the Verisure family. ‘We are always highly selective on mergers and acquisitions due to our strong organic growth profile. We regard this as a high-quality business that will accelerate our move into Mexico. ✨💡Our Technovate Verisure Girls Club Shines at the Regional Finals! 🚀🌟   Last week, our Technovate Verisure Girls Club proudly presented their projects at the Technovation Girls Regionals Final in Madrid. This year, 32 bright young girls were mentored by 14 of our colleagues to design and build an app to solve a problem in their community. Our mentors not only taught the girls to create, code, and apply technical thinking to app development; they inspired them to dream big and take a serious interest in pursuing careers in Technology and Science. Congratulations to all our Technovate Verisure girls for their amazing work over the past few months. And a huge thank you to our passionate colleagues who donated their time to mentor and drive this fantastic initiative. At Verisure, we are committed to championing diversity and inclusion.
