Its UMAX platform helps utility companies manage crucial customer operations such as billing, payment collection processes and data analytics. This investment reflects our strong belief in Itineris’ strategy to become the global category leader in utility software. Tracor distinguishes itself as a longstanding distributor of Axis Communications and Milestone Systems, and partners with premium brands such as Hanwha Vision. The acquisition extends SmartSD’s Axis distribution rights from the Benelux into the French market, complementing the very robust organic growth and further solidifying its presence in the region. Our portfolio company SOCOTEC completes a transformative US acquisition, doubling its size in the US market. SOCOTEC, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification (TIC), has taken a major step forward with the acquisition of Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical and Environmental Sciences Consultants, a $120 million geotechnical and environmental engineering firm based in San Diego, California. This transformative deal doubles the size of SOCOTEC USA, growing its workforce to over 1,300 professionals, expanding its footprint to key western states, including California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and Utah and integrating new expertise in geotechnical engineering, environmental services, materials testing, and industrial hygiene. We are entering 2025 with some updates to our Investment Committee.   We are welcoming Lars Lapp (Director) and Filip Vanderschueren (Director) to the Investment Committee (IC). As part of this evolution, Felix Hauser (Managing Director, DACH) and Aurelien Delavallee (Managing Director) will step down from their IC roles to take on new responsibilities: 🔵Aurélien Delavallée as Managing Director and Member of the Executive Committee will focus on portfolio activities. Additionally, he will centralize and be responsible for our financing practice. 🔵Felix Hauser will step down from his role as Member of the Executive Committee and become an Advisor for the DACH region, where his strategic insights will remain invaluable.   These changes aim to further cement Cobepa’s position for long-term success; we are very excited for what lies ahead.
