We're here to change the game.

About us

Aussie Broadband is in business to change the telco game. We're a rapidly growing internet service provider with a reputation for providing high-quality internet, transparent customer service and a great place to work. We are proud to have an all-Australian based support team, and don't need to go offshore. We believe it is possible to work smarter, not harder, and keep jobs locally. We've evolved from a start-up in a lounge room in Morwell, later merging with Westvic Broadband, and now listed on the ASX. We are the fifth largest provider of NBN services across Australia. We offer a range of services across the residential, small business and enterprise segments, wholesale and white label segments. Aussie Broadband is also well-known for operating a quality network, with the rollout of our own fibre network across Australia underway. We not only challenge the game in telco, but also other games worth playing - like a focus on inclusion, values that live within the business rather than on the walls, how a rapidly growing company can still feel like a family, how we can make our communities better, and how a regional business can make a national impact.

  • Digital access means access to education, employment, healthcare, and connection – yet many Australians are being left behind. That’s why we’re proud to be a member of nbn® Australia’s Low-Income and Digital Inclusion Forum (LIDIF). Programs like the School Student Broadband Initiative (SSBI) have already made a real difference, and we’re committed to going even further to address the barriers to living in a connected, digital world. #DigitalInclusion #LIDIF #SSBI #AussieBroadband #ConnectivityForAll

  • We’re proud to be sponsoring Go Girl, Go for IT 2025 – Australia’s largest free STEM event for school-aged girls. It’s events like these that help build a more inclusive future, empowering young women to explore careers in STEM. Go Girl, Go for IT - Women 4 STEM #WomenInSTEM #TheActualAussieWay

🌟 Sponsor Spotlight: Aussie Broadband powers the future of STEM! 💻🚀 We’re thrilled to welcome Aussie Broadband as a proud sponsor of Go Girl, Go for IT 2025 – helping us inspire over 2,000 girls and non-binary students to explore the boundless opportunities in STEM. From humble beginnings in a regional Victorian living room to becoming one of Australia’s top broadband providers, Aussie Broadband is proof that bold ideas, local roots, and genuine community care can drive national impact. 📣 About Aussie Broadband Limited At Aussie, we do things a bit differently than other telecommunications companies. We started in a living room in Regional Victoria back in 2003 and have never lost sight of our roots. Over the past 20 years we have achieved so much: we listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX)... during COVID, built our own fibre infrastructure, and grew to become the fifth-largest provider of broadband services in Australia. Currently, we supply more than one million services, operate 2 Tier-1 Voice providers in Australia, and provide wholesale services to other telecommunications companies and managed service providers. Our goal is, and always has been, to deliver world-class technology in our own Aussie way. This has led to multiple awards for most trusted telco, best internet service provider, and outstanding customer satisfaction. We are also B Corp certified, and committed to making an authentic, positive impact in the communities we serve. What Aussie Broadband has achieved, and what it continues to achieve, the way every employee cares about each other and our customers, the incredible growth, the way Aussie challenges the industry and changes internet for the better in Australia, not just for own customers, but for all. These things should not be taken lightly, or for granted, ever. 👏 Thank you, Aussie Broadband, for supporting equity, innovation, and the next generation of STEM leaders. #GoGirlGoForIT #Women4STEM #AussieBroadband #STEMeducation

  • Sometimes the youngest thinkers have the biggest ideas. Last week the students at Gippsland Tech School proved just that. Our Aussie engineers and developers helped bring a fully hackable Lego city to life, giving students an intro to cyber security in last week’s Cyber Challenge. We also spoke about the exciting career opportunities available right here in Gippsland. This region’s talent is a huge part of our story — and we’re proud to keep investing in its future. A big thanks to Gippsland Tech School and students from Kurnai College and TRARALGON COLLEGE for making it such a memorable week! #theactualaussieway #cybersecurity #STEM

Chief Executive Officer at Aussie Broadband

Today marks the launch of our Look-to-28 strategy – a lofty ambition to guide the Aussie Broadband Group over the next three years to be the Telco People Love.   It's a tricky goal we've set for ourselves, as the people we serve - customers, team members, communities, and shareholders - often love different things. But I'm confident we can continue to grow all our businesses by focusing on innovating and enhancing our award-winning customer service, expanding our Aussie Fibre network, developing systems to support our teams to do their best work, and constantly keeping an eye on security.   I can't wait to share the great work we will achieve in the months and years to come, especially under the leadership of Group Executive of Residential Jonathan Prosser, Group Executive of Business, Enterprise and Government Aaron O'Keeffe O’Keefe, and Group Executive of Wholesale and CEO of Symbio Michael Omeros. #theactualaussieway #lookto28 #thetelcopeoplelove

Happy snaps of a recent day out with The DV Collective, Regenerate Org and Aussie Broadband team 🥳 The DV collective help women and children escape and recover from domestic violence. Their Regenerate team provide and install furniture & homewares to victims of family violence, helping people settle in safe & fresh homes. It was great to contribute to their work, and have some quality time to bond with my fellow ABB team members during one of the 3 volunteer leave days we get a year! Regenerate and the DV collective do great work, and can always do with some extra sets of hands so get in touch with Claire Bauska if you're in & around Melbourne. #oneteamonedream #theactualaussieway 💚💚💚

  • We’re proud to stand with our industry peers at the second Telco Together Foundation CEO Roundtable on technology-facilitated abuse (TFA). With 1 in 2 Australian adults impacted, TFA is a wide-reaching issue. As a telco, we have a responsibility to be part of the solution.  We’ve committed to building prevention strategies into our products and services, shifting from reacting to proactively protecting customers. This is just the beginning, and we’re committed to helping create a safer digital world for all Australians. Symbio #techabuse #digitalsafety #DFV
