We're Agnostics

We're Agnostics

We’re Agnostics!

When it comes to commissioning software – we are agnostic. We have our own software – it is a great tool – we use it for managing our own work and it is available to clients who do not have major packages of their own. BUT we are agnostic, we use all the major packages – the owner will define their requirements.

It’s not about the software – it’s about the process – and we are all about process, it is how we are structured. The elements of success include:

·       Data – definitions, capturing and using to allow informed decision-making, deliver a successful outcome and to allow lessons learned going forward

·       Controls – using the processes related to the MC software and data capture to apply effective project controls

·       Transparency – the ability to inform and accurately update progress and status to all stakeholders

·       Certainty – applying proven processes to estimating and budgeting, using data history and advanced work packaging to CSU functions allows price certainty and budgeting – it is a strength of our system

·       Clear roles and responsibilities – we’re agnostic here as well – we don’t have to do it all - it is important to make sure all roles, tasks and responsibilities are properly assigned to the most cost-effective team member – and that the assignment align with the Client / Owner’s execution plan.

Reach out to us. We would love to discuss your current strategies and ways of improving and delivering better project outcomes. We’re agnostic – but believers in using an effective software platform – and making sure it meets your needs!
