• Map out the Hard Resources: budget, tools, infrastructure

• Identify People and Time needs—then build a solid business case

• Shift from “managing tasks” to “leading people”

👥 3. Assemble the Dream Team

• Balance hard skills and soft skills for a well‑rounded roster

• Recruit for both competence and cultural fit

• Cultivate chemistry and trust through shared rituals and quick wins
