Helping Marketers
It has been impressive and heartwarming to see so many great brands jump into action to support their customers and our communities during this pandemic. But messaging during a time of crisis, even with the best of intentions, can be challenging.
At UserTesting, we've been helping companies create great experiences for over a decade by providing product, design, marketing, and UX research teams with what we call, "Real. Human. Insights." By connecting teams with their audiences (real people) and letting them see and hear what their customers are feeling, they can build real empathy for the end-user and connect with them on a whole new level. And to do so at 'the speed of business' - with over 80% of the tests run on our platform coming back to our customers in 2 hours or less. We're now helping more than half of the top 100 brands in the world with these great product experiences.
During this current health crisis, many of the research teams we work with are conducting research to understand evolving customer needs while moving aspects of their business aggressively to digital channels to stay connected. To help these teams, we’ve posted some free new templates.
We’ve also been partnering with marketing and communications teams at companies, healthcare systems, and government agencies to help them connect with real people to understand the impact of their messaging and campaigns in this challenging time. Clear and understandable communication has never been more important.
Broadly, this trend of marketers and communication teams expressing interest in our platform to test content and connect with customers is something we started to see over a year ago. To help meet this need we embarked on a project that we call Marketing Insight. The idea is to create a set of tests on our platform that, as we have done for product teams, would enable marketers to rapidly connect with real people in their target audiences for feedback on content, messaging, and engagement strategies—in as little as a couple of hours. Our team has been working hard with a target to launch this new product in April.
So, while we're still planning to formally launch Marketing Insight in April, our team has been working extremely hard to offer early access to the platform to marketing and communication teams that need it today. This platform will allow you to run marketing-centric tests to get fast, honest feedback when you need it the most, by connecting you directly to our diverse, global network of test participants. We’ve even created three new Quick Answer test templates to help you get insights into changes in customer behavior, input on your messaging, and feedback about how your company is responding during the health crisis.
To get started, simply visit usertesting.com/earlyaccess to sign up and try Marketing Insight for free for 30-days. We hope that this will be useful and that our platform will help you navigate this challenging and dynamic environment.
Stay safe and thank you to everyone helping us get through this challenging time together.
