I’ve been managing ad campaigns for over 20 years across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. The tools have changed, but the fundamentals are still the same. You need strong messaging, clean execution, constant testing, and a clear conversion path.

By adding AI and a few smart tools into my workflow, I’ve been able to move faster, launch better, and scale campaigns more effectively. Here’s exactly how I do it.


1. Write High-Converting Ad Copy Fast

I use ChatGPT to create dozens of variations for each campaign. This includes different headlines, angles, and CTAs tailored to different stages of the funnel. Once I pick the best ones, I hand them off to design for all the required sizes and placements.

Why this matters More variations mean faster testing. Faster testing means quicker wins and less wasted budget.


2. Build Landing Pages That Convert

I use Vercel.com to launch fast, mobile-first landing pages that match the tone and message of the ads. I also rewrite existing pages when needed, focusing on clearer headlines, better bullets, stronger CTAs, and trust-building sections like testimonials and guarantees.

3. Create Funnel-Aligned Messaging

Every campaign is mapped across the funnel. I use AI to help write TOFU ads with curiosity or pain points, MOFU ads with features and benefits, and BOFU ads that focus on urgency or offers.

Why this matters Showing the wrong message at the wrong time kills conversions. Proper sequencing keeps people moving forward.


4. Refresh Creative to Avoid Fatigue

Once a campaign is running, I use AI to generate new versions of the copy weekly. That keeps CTR high and avoids ad blindness. I pair the new copy with fresh visuals created by my design team.

After a few days of performance data, I summarize key insights using AI and map out what to test next. This helps optimize faster and scale with confidence.

Why this matters Data is only valuable if you know what to do with it. I turn reports into action steps.


8. Repurpose Winning Ads Into Other Channels

I use AI to convert top-performing ads into email copy, video scripts, carousel posts, and more. This creates consistency across paid and organic without starting from scratch.

Why this matters If something works, expand on it. Repurposing multiplies your wins.
