AI automation/agent for property management ? I used AI to help me write a tool to automatically generate an email notification for late payment reminder. It takes me 10 mins to write this tool. I can keep writing this kind of tools or AI bots to automate as many human tasks as possible, unless it really requires physical presence to the property. Caveat, I can finish this tool in 10 mins, not just because AI helps me, but also I have spent tens of hours set up an online database for all tenants information, and convinced my tenants to pay rent via online payment tools, such as Zelle or Venmo, which is easier for tenants than traditional property management software that requires tenants to register some sort of "Tenant Portal" or ACH information. Based on those online information, I write up tools to automatically calculate how much the tenants should pay, e.g., move-in deposit (one-time payment or multiple payment), monthly rent (automate rent increase amount and date), pet fee, late payment penalty, adhoc/recurring credit for small works, utility charge (Ratio Utility Billing System, by parsing utility billing statement from PG&E and all utility companies at the counties where my properties locate), and how much the tenant have already paid via online tools (by piggybacking free online platform that can connect with all my business bank accounts to get the transaction data).
