Join Our Team!    Safal Partners is seeking a full-time Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act & Registered Apprenticeship Subject Matter Expert (SME) to elevate workforce outcomes. If you're ready to bring your expert knowledge to our workforce team, we want you to apply! 🔍 What You'll Do:  -Provide expert and up-to-date knowledge on Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and Registered Apprenticeship (RA)  -Write compliance and performance content, products, and provide training support on WIOA and RA for a variety of key stakeholders  -Assist with strategic partnership and business development activities as needed 📚 Qualifications:  -Bachelor’s degree in a related field   -Demonstrated subject matter expertise in WIOA and RA  -At least 5-10 years’ experience conducting training, developing content, working with stakeholders at all levels, and supporting organizations in WIOA and RA with a focus on compliance   -Superior research, analysis, writing, and presentation skills  -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and team members    This is a remote position, and applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Ready to join Safal?
