Going out of town for a few days for a much-needed break. I’ve handed off all the critical stuff to one of the partners and other trusted people. ONLY possible because of what we built and how we built it. Before I unplug I want to leave y'all something to ponder. Nobody’s coming to save you. Stop waiting for the perfect time, the perfect market, or someone to hand you the life you want. You’re the plan. You’re the safety net. You’re the cavalry. Handle your business. Build the life you keep saying you want. Every day is a blessing. If you’d asked me at 21 what life would look like 20 years later, I wouldn’t have had an answer. The way I lived back then, I wasn’t sure I’d even make it this far and I certainly didn't have owning a recruiting agency all gamed out. Don’t wish away today waiting for tomorrow. Make it count.
