I’m disappointed with how Puma India has handled my warranty claim (Case ID: 00806952) for a defective track pant purchased via Amazon. The product was returned and received by Puma on 2nd July 2025, yet instead of a refund, I have only been offered a voucher — which no longer holds fair value due to the end of an active 50% sale. Despite my repeated requests, Puma has not addressed the core issue. This approach feels unjust and lacks accountability. I have now issued a formal legal notice and filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH No: 7314576).
