Thanks for sharing. Let me add something I came across in a recent LinkedIn poll. It asked companies to identify their compensation strategy—market-based, job leveling, point-factor, etc.—and most selected a market-driven approach. That surprised me, especially since most state pay transparency laws emphasize point-factor systems or, at the very least, job leveling. It’ll be interesting to see how companies reconcile that preference with evolving compliance requirements.
