Friends and Colleagues – After 33 years of industry and consulting, it’s time to head off to my next adventure! As many of you know, I will be retiring at the end of June. I had the opportunity to work at 4 legendary companies – Ford, Kearney, Accenture, and PwC. At Ford, I learned how to design and build cars, while learning the business side of the auto industry. That experience served me well when the auto industry took a downturn in the early 2000s. I spent the next two decades as a consultant helping clients across multiple industries to turnaround, transform, digitize, and grow the business. A lot has changed in the past 30 years – from technology and supply chain disruptions to industry reconfiguration and business model reinvention. I had the opportunity of working with client executives across multiple industries to help navigate some of these challenges. It was a real pleasure to work with so many talented colleagues globally.
