I reported below my last discussion with OVH support. Many thanks to OVH support team. Subject: Concerns Regarding Microsoft Exchange Service Compatibility Dear support., I'm sorry, but I genuinely cannot understand OVH's position. I have spent an enormous amount of time demonstrating that OVH’s Microsoft Exchange service had — and still has — compatibility issues with Microsoft’s own Outlook Mobile client. This incompatibility is not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase, which I believe is unacceptable. I have come to realize that OVH does not consider me a valuable customer. I acknowledge this and will act accordingly, including in relation to the clients I have brought to your company over time. Furthermore, I intend to report this issue directly to Microsoft, as OVH’s handling of the matter reflects poorly on the Exchange product — which, in my experience, works very well when properly supported.
