I'm partnering with a local renewable energy business to help them identify their next Director of Accounting & Finance! My client is around $15M in revenue and are on track to double in size over the next 3-5 years. These guys have been around for around 30 years and have been leaders in the space since being established. My client has a small office, tight-knit culture. Brand new office build out in a great location near downtown. They offer excellent benefits, hybrid schedule, and a generous bonus on this role. This Director of Accounting & Finance position will be the top finance person for the company and will oversee 5 direct reports across Accounting, Finance, and HR. This position is full of variety and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in both the Accounting & Finance side of things. With growth potential and a seat at the table, this is a pivotal hire for my client. I'm looking for someone who started in Accounting and moved into a strategic FP&A role. Ideally, this candidate will have a mix of large and small company experience - they know what "good" looks like, but enjoy the smaller company setting. Targeting 10+ years of total experience and a CPA or MBA would be nice to have but not required.
