By automating administrative work, recruiters can now dedicate more time to impactful activities—like advising hiring managers, building connections with candidates, and delivering outstanding candidate experiences. Hiring Assistant is now available in charter to a select group of LinkedIn customers, including AMD, Canva, Siemens, and Zurich Insurance. In addition, LinkedIn excited to roll out an innovative coaching feature on LinkedIn Learning. This new feature allows learners to enhance their human skills by engaging in interactive, text- or voice-based scenarios. Learners can practice key workplace conversations, such as delivering performance reviews, discussing work-life balance, or providing feedback.
