We made tough but fair decisions to rebuild the foundations of our country. Now, we can look to the future. Our NHS — a neighbourhood health service — ready and available to serve people in their communities, close to their homes.
Great idea
Kier Starmer, Good help us, One of your decisions has got to work sometime Let’s hope it’s this one Or we’re all dead. TonyTighe

I am going to have to take issue here, because your making out NHS waiting lists are falling. I was referred for an endoscopy, after two weeks I received a message on NHS APP saying I had an appointment 22nd May but to phone the secretary which I did. She said I had to wait for a letter confirming appointment. Said letter arrived after two weeks saying appointment 22nd May , don’t turn up until you’ve had a letter. 22nd May been and gone still no letter. I know 4 other people, same problem. Spoke to secretary, they’re doing it because you’ve technically got an appointment which reduces waiting lists. When is an appointment not an appointment? Scandalous!!
The benefits fiasco could have been avoided if you stopped doing 1920s banker-economics. We're a sovereign economy, not a suburban branch of Barclay's. Too much domination of Daily Mail thinking.
A powerful vision — grounded in renewal and focused on real impact. Building a resilient, community-centered NHS reflects the kind of long-term thinking we need more of. Local, accessible care isn’t just policy — it’s dignity in action. Here’s to foundations that serve people, not just systems.
Hi Sir, How are you doing today?
You've spent a considerable amount on pointless and disastrous projects like HS2 and now you can't afford the essentials like the welfare and justice systems. You have so many remand prisoners that if you stopped adding to the list it will still take until 2029 to clear it!!! Do more to attract solicitors into criminal law and invest in legal aid systems.
