Last week I was talking to a well known Service Integrator / Managed Services provider and they just love DORA. Why? Because they have been investing in DORA remediation projects to be fully DORA compliant this year. Why? Because they need to as a third-party provider (TPP) to financial firms but MAINLY to gain market share over many of their competitors who are 'asleep at the wheel' when it comes to DORA, see illustration for non-compliance impact.
