Court of Justice of the European Union’s Post

On 8 July, we had the pleasure of welcoming to our premises 33 bright students from different universities and EU member states, as part of the second edition of the "Multilingualism EU Summer School" organised by the Multilingualism Hub of Excellence in Luxembourg! During their visit, these enthusiastic interpretation, translation, and law students learned about the Court and had the exclusive opportunity to: ⚖️ Attend an exceptional Grand Chamber hearing and experience multilingualism at its best, as they witnessed the work of the Court’s interpreters on the spot in 22 languages! ⚖️ Participate in the briefing of the case before the hearing ⚖️ Work closely with interpreters and lawyer linguists of the Court in linguistic workshops ⚖️ Take a guided tour of the Court’s buildings A huge thank you to everyone involved! 🌟 European Parliament- European Commission - European Court of Auditors - European Investment Bank (EIB) - Publications Office of the European Union - Translation Centre for the Bodies of the European Union - Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Defence, Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade #MultilingualismEUSummerSchool #EU #ECJ #Multilingualism #Interpretation #LegalTranslation #CJUE

I was delighted to attend the exceptional Grand Chamber hearing, to witness the amazing work of almost all language booths and of course to participate in the innovative interpreting workshop you organized.
