Hallington We love to analyze data about things going on on the platform. And one of the big ones right now is that C-Suite executives are adding AI literacy skills to their profiles. In fact, it's up three times relative to just two years ago. And I think this is really smart. I think one of the things we're realizing right now is that adoption of AI across teams, it's as much a change management effort as it is one about technology and data. And whenever we need to inspire our teams to take on new habits to adopt. Technology, it's really useful to lead from the front. Personally, I'm using AI on a daily basis. I use it to research things going on in the news like tariffs and how it might impact different industries. I used to prep for customer meetings to understand different companies strategies and how we might be able to help them. It's just so valuable. So I've asked a number of other C-Suite executives to share a little bit about what they're doing in their day-to-day with AI. And so enjoy. And if you have a great tip or a trick, please drop it in the comments so we can all learn. AI is actually a great coach. It's one of the things that's really important to me is embracing curiosity and always being curious. And sometimes when I have feedback on something, I'll throw it into AI and I'll say, hey, is this curious enough? And it might help me ask that question a little bit better to get more out of the team. On an average day, I use AI predominantly to summarise anything that is very long or translate things that I receive which is in a foreign language, and that happens several times per day. I also like that I can record meetings and it transcribes all of the meetings and then summarizes the actions at bullet points. So for myself, I have set up my own AI studio I'm learning hands on every single weekend. And as far as my team is concerned, I'm trying to encourage them. We also have mentorships that are happening actively, so somebody who is farther along the journey are actually going to help other people who are a little behind in the journey. 1st if you haven't done that yet, spent time with CHPT, experience it, try something new every single day, have a dialogue with it like you would with another smart colleague. My advice for leaders on this journey that we're all on and this time that we live in, is to keep people at the center of all of our decision making. Let the tech power us as humans so that we can focus on the things that humans do best. Directing the tech, building the tech as well as the human to human interactions. Listening, empathy, creating followership.
