💯 By 2030, 100% of EU citizens are expected to have access to their electronic health records.   How is the EU performing in view of the target date? As of 31 December 2024, the EU Member States scored on average 83%, which represents a 4 points increase compared to the previous year. Getting every EU citizen access to their electronic health records by 2030 is like trying to get all your relatives to show up on time for a family photo - most are smiling and in place, but there’s always an uncle still looking for his shoes and a cousin stuck in traffic. 😅
