🇺🇦 Ukraine and the CEB sign their largest loan agreement since the start of the war. At #URC2025 in Rome, the CEB and the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine marked the signature of a €200 million loan to support Ukraine’s assistance programme for internally displaced persons (IDPs) signed by the Minister signed by Minister Oksana Zholnovych and the Governor Monticelli. 👉 The funds will help provide housing and basic needs for 1.2 million people, as part of broader support to 4.6 million registered IDPs across the country. In parallel, the CEB signed earlier this week a €550,000 grant with Ukrainian Catholic University, which will help scaling up the Resilience Service — training 600 frontline social workers and expanding access to mental health and psychosocial support in communities.
