Recovery is not just about rebuilding infrastructure, it’s also about restoring lives and strengthening communities. At #URC2025, CEB Governor Carlo Monticelli joined a panel to explore how #Ukraine’s recovery can be inclusive, people-centred, and rooted in social cohesion. The CEB highlighted recent support including: ➡ A €200 million loan for social assistance to internally displaced persons ➡ A €550,000 grant for mental health training and psychosocial services at community level These investments reflect our belief that true recovery means inclusive recovery, where no one is left behind.
