My #career path has brought me to some incredible places, guided by my family, friends, and inspiring #mentors. Joining LinkedIn CEO Ryan Roslansky on his podcast, The Path, offered me a unique opportunity to reflect on where I’ve been and the lessons I’ve learned along the way. Thanks, Ryan, for the thoughtful conversation, and for inviting me to share my advice on carving out a path to be proud of. Watch the full interview here: https://bit.ly/44vAES9

Chris Kempczinski thank You for the inspiring conversation. All the best.
Arrogance in elevating one’s personal brand in a role where the company brand and the legacy built by thousands of people should be the focus. Legacy should come from the impact you make, not from self-promotion. If more leaders focused on living their values through action, instead of branding themselves, they might earn more genuine respect — and leave behind a stronger legacy.
That is a boss that really cares about you in the long term, to gift one of their people this reminder and guidance to move the earth for any customer/client or job that Chris would have and in the the macro, for his career. It's additionally wise counsel for our "brand" and desired "halo" involving our personal relationships. This is best done consciously as a habit until it becomes natural in the subconscious.
you’re doing better than most CEOs Chris, I often refer to you as an example of someone doing an amazing job at it

Great point, thanks for sharing. Most companies would take a different stance and would expect the company brand to take precedent over your personal brand.
