Everybody, my name is Andre Mai, and you guys might know me from this viral clip from graduation today. I wanna let you guys know what was actually on my computer screen. Ohh. Really? Run 2. I'm a computational systems biology student at UCLA and a 2 finals. One was due at 5:00 PM and the other one was due at midnight. And with my graduation ceremony at 3:00 PM, I just knew I had to lock in. For example, I was wrapping up all the documentation that I've ever for my machine learning lab, essentially telling them all the research that I've ever done. And I also had to use AI to summarize the key equations that I'm using for what would essentially be the last final or the last Test I've ever taken in my undergraduate career. And throughout all this, my professors have really encouraged the use of AI, so much so that when the Jumbotron people came around, I just flip my screen around and I had to show them what I was doing. I never could have imagined. This exciting attention let's see, I've used a in so many different ways as a college student, whether it be for understanding key CS fundamentals like operating systems or computer networking to even understanding which equipment is best for, you know, because I'm an avid DJ. What equipment is best to throw cool events like a DJ pop up shower AI for never getting tired of my questions.

Very nice to see the synergy effects of smart minds (like him) and AI. Also prevents you from getting carried away, feeling like an AI professional, just because you casually ask GPT to compare the prices of coffee beans and correct some typos in an e-mail every now and then 😄
