That we all have saboteurs, we all have these internal voices which we've created when we were little to protect us. You know, they're still there to protect us, but kind of useless as we grow up. In value, leadership is about really unlocking their potential as a manager for captain and I, but also as you know, as a manager or leader of their life, we go through lots of different topics that really empower them to understand more about themselves. So there's a lot about self-awareness. We go through concepts like their core values, they were in strength, their leadership archetype, you know, the way they react in the specifics. Situation we also go through that personal branding so that when they go and speak to other people in the business, they know what they're bringing to the table. They know what they represent. They know what's important to them and they know how to come across so that it gives them a sense of confidence. We also go through what we call saboteurs who positive intelligence and so with this there yet to understand more about what kind of inner chatter they have. What is the judge that they have on their little shoulder. You know, like the chem telling them that they're not good enough to help them identify who those saboteurs. And how they can get rid of them. There's a deep, deep kind of session where they learn a lot about themselves. Overall is a better self-awareness. And that better self-awareness allows them to be more in touch with others from a place of higher emotional intelligence, from a place of humility, but also from a place of confidence because they know who they are, what they're bringing to the table, what difference they can make to the business and also in their personal lives. So the benefit is goes across personal and professional as well.
