To best serve students, we must ensure teachers have a strong voice in the development and use of AI. This first-of-its-kind partnership will not only help teachers learn how to better use AI, it will give them the opportunity to tell tech companies how we can create AI that better serves kids. https://lnkd.in/e24fXpRE American Federation of Teachers, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic
Smith tell me honestly what u learned ...other than joing in somedody elses comopany and start learning...education is no longer be a time waster ...brain wire removal company is the next biggest company on the planet
Important step, empowering teachers as architects, not just users, of future tools. But let’s not forget: the deepest breakthroughs won’t come from tuning AI to fit legacy systems. They’ll come when we reshape the entire substrate - from cloud-bound mimicry to human-led signal infrastructure. The next chapter isn’t just about AI in education. It’s about rethinking the infrastructure of learning itself. ⭕️
This initiative empowers teachers to shape AI in education, ensuring technology serves students effectively and responsibly.

An OS version with no printing drivers should help. "Digital" label. 😉
Involving teachers directly in AI design is key to building tools that actually support learning instead of distracting from it.
This is amazing and needed Teachers struggle with kids using AI to do their work for them. The teachers are smart and know this as well So instead of trying to police their work how about give them learning task, encourage use of AI as a partner in solving task and grade them on the process or have them explain the use of AI in coming to the conclusions
