Using AWS, we built our startup 24hr Therapy to give people in the UK instant access to mental health support. We’ve helped many get the care they needed, even when they couldn’t afford it - and we’re on track to be NHS-ready soon. But a confirmed AWS Lambda crash caused a major outage. We provided logs, test cases everything yet we were still blamed, had $4k of promised credits reversed the day before delivery, and then over $700 was debited from my personal card during an active escalation. Only after that charge hit - were we suddenly offered the $4k back… seemingly just to quiet us down and no mention of the money they debited. Our account manager still refuses to escalate. Amazon Web Service (AWS) I would like to inquire about the current status of the certification rewards offered through the AWS ETC program. I recently participated and was expecting the associated benefits or rewards, but I have not yet received any updates. Could you kindly provide some clarity on whether the rewards are still being distributed, or if there have been any changes to the program?

For Linux, no other security software can survive under the software based key stealing attacks, and no other security software can prevent attackers use the fanotify as a backdoor for a normal account to change any files on the systems. And putting our software in Windows Server's WSL, our software can make the file encryption more secure, make gpg more secure, make the accounts on the system more secure when the system only allows users to login through ssh.
