Installing additional domain controllers
- [Instructor] Once you have installed the first domain controller in your forest, the next thing you want to do is install any additional domain controllers that you need to have for your environment. Now, one thing I would like to add real quick here is it really doesn't matter how large or small your environment is. I always recommend that you have at least two domain controllers running, okay, and the reason why is because that way, you have some degree of fault tolerance and redundancy in your environment. Okay, so it doesn't necessarily matter whether you're in a large enterprise, even in a small business, you want to have two domain controllers because your domain controller's kind of everything. If you only have one and you lose that one, that's kind of a problem. You've lost everything. All right, so let's get to this here.
