- [Narrator] Now one problem that can come up when you delegate certain administrative privileges out to non-IT staff is that, well, they don't know where to go or how to perform the function that you've delegated them the ability to do. So example is the one that we were just using here where we went ahead, and we said that the CustSvc Manager could go ahead and reset passwords for the other customer service users. Well, the problem is is the CustSvc Manager doesn't work in IT and doesn't know where to go, doesn't know what Active Directory Users and Computers is, and doesn't know how to reset the password once they get there. So how do we solve this? Well, I'm going to show you how you can fix this by creating what's called a custom MMC.
