- Research is a heart of many PR strategies and generative AI can help. You can upload your research data into your chatbot and ask it to spot trends, and discover perspectives you hadn't thought of before. You can also test some messages you develop for a pitch to media or creators to see how they might react. You start by creating synthetic versions of the media or influencers you're trying to reach. Describe their beat, their interests, and include examples of publicly available content they produced. If you use a PRM or PR management platform to keep track of your pitch interactions, you can include details from there too. After that, you can conduct a simulated chat with your synthetic contact. Ask them what they think about your messages and if they have any ideas to improve them. Just make sure you don't add any proprietary or private information like the person's name, their email, or any other identifiable details.
