Highly recommend this course, thank you for sharing the thought provoking bits of priceless wisdom. People talk at each other, about one another, and seek to be visually impressed by what we see listed on file regarding one another. Misconstrued information regarding the actions of others, serves as a reminder, there is a great need to effectively communicate with one another in 2025, we have all the “bell’s and whistles “ for communication, it’s time to tap into how we (all parties concerned ) should communicate with one another . at the end of the day, people still want to be heard, they want to be understood, feel valued, respected and ultimately accepted. I am so thankful this type of presentation remains in place for my review, during my semi-retirement and can be applied in every aspect of my life on a personal, professional level.
