- [Instructor] There are many specific elements you can choose to format in Tableau, so fine tuning your analyses may take a while. Let me show you a few of the most important elements to know for your certification exam. I recommend setting most formatting options at the workbook level. Go to Format, Workbook to format fonts and lines for every existing and future sheet in this workbook. Here, you can, for example, change the font color for your worksheet titles to green, and this will affect this dashboard, but also all other dashboards. Or you could decide that you are not a fan of grid lines. Personally, I definitely am not, and then turn them off. Then they disappear not only in this line chart, but also in the bar chart and in this scatter plot I already set up for later. Underneath, you could turn off zero lines.
