She also developed her communication skills to make sustainability a more approachable topic. - [Somata] I'm trying to work on things like language, process, communication, things that help you to understand the things people are saying to you and the things they're not saying that they want to say. And that's why a big part of the work I'm passionate about is around language with sustainability. Because I think language is a tool that can bring people in or it can design people out.
