So allow me to share the following story with you. And when we're done, we'll debrief exactly what happened. This is the State Farm story. Let me ask you a question. Are you imperfect? Of course you are, just like me. It's a universal part of being human. What's funny is how people fail to embrace this reality. They absolutely deny their imperfections. My favorite example involves making mistakes. We all make mistakes, yet we try to deny them or hide them, as if they're shameful. The truth is, mistakes represent the opportunity for so much learning. They're amazing for two reasons. First, they make you more human and approachable.
