- [Instructor] So far we've been using text to image with ControlNet to generate images but we can also use image to image with ControlNet to generate images. ControlNet is kind of a fancy image to image though, so what's the point of image to image? There's not a real clear answer to that, but there are some differences. At the end of chapter two you saw a video that I had rotoscoped with Stable Diffusion. Rotoscoping is the process of painting or drawing or applying computer graphics to live video. This is a technique that goes back to the very earliest days of animation. I had Stable Diffusion process each frame of video to get it to look a particular way, but I had to start with some actual video. I'm going to use one of those frames now.
