Share multiple sheets from a workspace
So far, we've seen how to share an entire sheet or just selected rows from your sheets. If you'd like to share multiple sheets with the same group of people, you can do so by creating a workspace. I'm currently in the home area of Smartsheet. Let's come down to the browse area. And you can see on the left, I have the sheets folder selected. And this allows me to see all of the sheets in my Smartsheet account right now. Let's select workspaces. A workspace is an easy way to organize related sheets, reports, and dashboards in one location for easy access by you, your team, or clients. I really only have this one workspace that we created as an example at the very beginning of this course. But I want to add a new one so I'll click "Create." And then from here, we can select workspace. Give your workspace a name. We'll call this Q3-Q4 projects. And there it is on your workspace. Now, I can switch back to my sheets folder.
