- The best way to make anything at work work revolves around aligning it to your company values, and skill building is no different. When employees feel aligned to a company's values, Harvard Business Review reports that the organization experiences all sorts of benefits, higher job satisfaction, lower turnover, better teamwork, more effective communication, bigger contributions to the organization, more productive negotiations, and more diversity, equity, and inclusion.
