- [Instructor] Facebook is one of the most popular social networks out there, so it makes sense to put yourself on Facebook to get new customers. Before we go any further, it's important to point out that there used to be multiple sales channels and they've merged them together over time. So if you see old articles about an Instagram sales channel or the Facebook Messenger sales channel, they've consolidated a lot of that functionality into this one new sales channel. Let's talk about Facebook first. This sales channel will automatically add a store to our Facebook page. It will let customers browse products and check out on that page. To use this sales channel, you'll need a Facebook page and you'll need to use one of their approved currencies.
