- [Instructor] There's a very useful app made by Shopify that lets customers leave reviews. It's fairly easy to set up and is useful for both your customer, who can understand the product better, and it's useful for store owners because it helps build social proof and trust with your customers, which should increase sales. Let's click on Add app on this page and now we can see any permissions that this app needs. In this case, it's very few and once you see Install app, you can click that. Just to note, that when I was testing this with my personal browser I had a redirect issue and the app wouldn't install. I had to make sure my browser was able to create cookies. With any luck, the app should install correctly for you and you'll see a page with installation instructions.
