- [Instructor] Next is going to be interface analysis. So let's break down what interface analysis means. Now, this can sound maybe a little bit scary, but let's break it down into the two parts, and this should hopefully help you on the exam. So, interface, this is what people see, and analysis is looking at something critically. So what we're going to do is we're going to see what people see when they are going through the business processes and the different types of interfaces that they come to interact with your company, and then you're going to analyze this. You're going to ask a lot of different questions and see, are there areas where we can improve upon? And, is there something that's confusing with this? How can we make this process better? Now, a lot of companies will use this for technology where you are using different interfaces within a typical type of company, but it can work in other scenarios.
