- [Instructor] So we're going to start this section off by talking about Agile development strategies. It is a really great break in this course to be able to talk about this before we get moving on to other sections. We've already talked about some of these strategies in context before, but now we're going to go and do a deep dive of this. So Agile was developed as a response to the Waterfall method, and it's a type of getting stuff done. It's a type of project management or both of these, Agile and Waterfall. So Waterfall is a type of project management that works for some things, and it definitely doesn't work in all things. So essentially what it does is it takes big project plans, and you are working on these project plans a lot to be able to get these done.
