- [Instructor] So now let's move on to Salesforce's trusted AI principles. So I guess what does this mean in general and why has Salesforce come out with these? So Salesforce wants people who are using and creating AI tools to follow these principles to make sure that AI can stay in check and can, I guess, be trusted by the users. So that's what they call it the trusted AI principles. Right, Let's jump into the first one. First one is going to be responsible. So this is going to be using AI wisely, protecting sensitive data and safeguarding human rights. Generally being responsible with not only the data that you're using in conjunction with the AI, but also just using it responsibly, not to be malicious or to harm anyone. So the next is going to be accountable. So to mitigate harm to customers and consumers and take responsibility for your usage of AI. There is a lot of crossover between these two.
