- [Speaker] Now let's jump into some of the more important distinctions when you are working with AI. Now, there's a bunch of different types. One thing that I typically dislike doing is when I'm defining something is using the actual word in the definition. But here I think that it is actually pretty useful. So the main difference between predictive and generative AI is that predictive predicts outcomes based upon models. So predictive takes data or it takes whatever it's basing their things on, and it predicts an outcome based upon that. So maybe think of in the Salesforce realm, you could create a model or you could train the AI to, based upon previous closed one, opportunities to predict the percentage of another opportunity converting to closed one based upon different parameters like what the current stages, how many meetings have you had with them, what's the amount for?
