- [Instructor] So now let's go ahead and jump into predictive AI. So like we mentioned before, predictive AI is used to predict an outcome or how likely an outcome is going to be based upon a certain model and your data. And again, this is similar to how you would predict certain outcomes, like how we talked before how likely a opportunity is to close based upon the close date, how many meetings you've had, the amount it is, maybe you're taking into consideration maybe how many people you need to onboard, or the delivery times, that kind of thing. There are some personal examples or other examples that we can think about when we're remembering predictive AI. So here's a personal example. You are busy with work, maybe you had to get the kids off to school this morning and it was super busy and maybe you had five emails coming in and the whole Salesforce org was on fire (laughing) and you really had to fix it.
