- [Instructor] Now let's jump into generative AI. Again, this is going to be generating new content. This is how I like to think of it, even though it is using the word in the definition, but it works to create something new based upon its input. Some new type of copy is specifically what it's mostly used for, and especially within Salesforce. Think about ChatGPT. This is going to be generative AI. If you haven't played around with that tool, I highly encourage you to at least maybe watch a couple YouTube videos on ChatGPT to get somewhat familiar with it. Or you can use ChatGPT yourself to kind of just get familiar with what generative AI is like. It is a free tool that you can use. Oftentimes, this is used to generate a response to someone or something or to create something. Let's jump into a personal example.
