- [Instructor] Now let's jump into data management strategies. A lot of these are going to be things that you can do to standardize across your company, and to make sure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to certain things within their data. Right, first is going to be naming. So making sure that naming conventions are set and standard. This can be super useful for just consistency across all of your records and your users, and making sure that once these naming conventions are set in standard, that all your users are using them. And I can help the AI work as efficiently as possible. So here's an example. I worked with a company once who had a particular naming convention. Now this is not their naming convention, but it worked really, really well. In our example, opportunities will start with a company name and then the category of what we are selling. So for this, let's say we are a consulting firm. Account that we are selling for is going to be Walmart. So that is…
