- [Instructor] Let's talk about Parameters, shall we? This is where Revit separates from the pack. And why is that, you ask? Well I'll tell you. It's within the parameter that all of our information is stored. You've seen the presentation, I'm sure. The one where the sales person has that silly Bin graph up there, that shows how easy it is to go from design, to construction, to facility management. Well, that's what gets us there. It's the parameter. Basically the parameter store our information not only in the family but in the project itself. It drives the functionality again of not just the family but of the entire project. We're able to use mathematical expressions to combine parameters to give us the output that we need.
