Export Qlik Sense data to Excel
- [Instructor] You can import data into ClixSense from many different sources. If you want to share your data outside of ClixSense, Microsoft Excel provides a convenient bridge to other programs. In this movie, I will show you how to export ClixSense data to Excel. I built this app using the all details sample workbook. That's an Excel file that you can find in the exercise files folder. I'm on the first sheet which is the sales by state sheet and that contains a table with data for each state. The order total and if I scroll down, you can see that I have all of the states where I have customers listed and then also the total at the bottom. If I want to export the data from this object to an Excel workbook I need to make sure that I am in viewing mode. If I saw the view where I was able to edit, then I would need to click done to go to the correct view.
