- [Instructor] As every project manager knows, planning for something to go wrong is the only way to be ready when an issue arises on your project. I've decided I need to make a risk matrix, and I'm going to use some existing deliverables that we've created in other videos. What you're seeing right now is the Planner plan, which already has a list of goals and a list of tasks, and for simplicity, I'm going to copy that to Excel. To get that information into Excel, the easiest way is with this down arrow next to the name, I can click Export. Now to save time, I already did that. I also deleted some miscellaneous rows, and I saved that file in OneDrive, so now I can navigate over to Copilot and do some work with it. If you're a Windows 11 user, you will find you have an icon for Copilot at the bottom. Also, Windows 10 users may have this as well.
